About Ashley Carvalho
I’m Ashley Carvalho, an experienced HR executive, advisor, and people strategist with a career built inside complex, fast-moving organizations where people, compliance, and business realities collide.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across manufacturing, union environments, multi-state operations, and international organizations, partnering directly with executives, managers, and employees at every level. I currently serve as a senior HR leader for a specialty manufacturing organization with operations across North America, where I lead HR strategy, compliance, labor relations, organizational design, and leadership development.

I’ve been in the room when decisions were hard. I’ve navigated union negotiations, compliance audits, restructures, leadership transitions, and moments when culture was fragile and trust mattered most. I understand the pressure leaders face and the very real impact those decisions have on people.
My style is direct, thoughtful, and human. I believe HR should be practical, strategic, and grounded in respect — not overly complicated or performative. I help leaders create clarity, accountability, and stronger workplaces by aligning people practices with business goals while never losing sight of the human element.
